South Eastern Baptist Association

SEBA LogoThe South Eastern Baptist Association was formed in July 2006 and covers Kent, Sussex, Surrey (south of the M25) and a small part of northeast Hampshire. There are a growing number of churches, currently around 150, which vary widely in terms of size, age, character and locality - the largest have more than 500 members, whilst around 40 have less than 40 members. There are about 130 ministers working in our churches.

The Regional Ministry Team comprises two full-time Regional Ministers and a part-time Youth Officer, each of whom has some P.A. support. There is a part-time paid association administrator and a large number of volunteers who have vital roles within the structure:
There are nine geographical "networks", each network electing one person to be on the Board of Directors. AGMs and celebrations are based in each network. SEBA committees cover Finance and Home Mission Grants, Ministerial Recognition and Evangelism Strategy.
