Baptist Formation Lead (Sheffield), and Local Formation Lead

St Hild Centre for Baptist Ministry

The growing St Hild Centre for Baptist Ministry has two exciting vacancies.

The Baptist Formation Lead (Sheffield) will give day-to-day leadership to this work of Baptist ministerial formation. The postholder will oversee the design, delivery, evaluation and continuing development of the Baptist Formation programme, ensuring that it is faithful to Baptist identity, meets the requirements of Baptists Together and reflects the vision and values of St Hild College.

The Local Formation Lead is a collaborative initiative with three of our local Baptist Associations. A key responsibility is Local Leader Training and RLM (Recognised Local Minister) Pathway Coordination.
