
Finance Manager
The YBA is seeking an experienced individual to contribute to the excellent work undertaken by our Staff Team as together we support the 100 Baptist churches that make up our network. The successful candidate will demonstrate drive and passion for operational excellence, with a particular focus on finance controls.
Working closely with the Regional Minister Team Leader, the YBA Treasurer and Administration Lead, you will provide comprehensive functional support across various areas of the Association’s operations.
The post holder must have experience in managing accounts, ideally within the Charity sector. They must be able to work with accounting software packages (we currently use Xero) and be able to prepare and present financial information to team members and trustees when needed. They will work effectively within a small team where mutual support is vital to the achievement of the organisation’s aims.
