Children, Youth and Family Worker

Salary: £27,500 to £31,500 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a FULL TIME Children, Youth and Family Worker at Shirley Baptist Church in Southampton.
We have a growing number of children, youth and families and are looking to appoint someone to lead and develop a thriving ministry to these groups on Sundays and throughout the week. This will involve developing new activities and initiatives.

The successful person will be able to enter wholeheartedly into this task and help us make church a place where children, youth and families are invited, welcomed and given the opportunity to encounter God in their lives. We are looking for someone to share our passion to see our children and youth come to faith and grow in a relationship with Jesus.
