Reflections from the Young Adults Round Table on outreach and discipleship towards Millennials and Gen Z.

Why are we missing younger generations in so many of our churches? How do we hold on to and even disciple the young adults that we have? How do we reach a generation that left the Church? Our Baptist denomination faces big generational challenges. Picking up on themes of exile, leadership, evangelism and digital mission the seminar looked at some research, resources and some of our own reflections to consider what it means to live out Jesus’ Great Commission towards younger generations.
