New appointment at CEA

The trustees of the Christian Enquiry Agency have announced the appointment of Cherry Hamilton as their communications’ manager from June. Cherry replaces Peter Graystone who co-ordinated the CEA for the last seven years.

Cherry HamiltonCherry will be overseeing a further update of the website www.christianity.org.uk as well as increasing social media presence to raise even further the number of people contacting the CEA.

Cherry Hamilton has over 10 years' experience of communications management in the public and charity sectors. She has used her gifts of communication to further the evangelism of her local church in Manchester.

In previous roles Cherry created and revitalised communications and media strategies for organisations, securing national TV and print coverage, and engaging leading politicians. She provided media advice to CEOs and acted as a press spokesperson. She also freelanced as a photographer.

She said, 'The CEA shows people the love of Jesus Christ through listening, prayer and helping them grow in their understanding of the faith.

'People from all walks of life are interested in Christianity, and it's my privilege to put that good news within easy reach of today's audience.'

CEA informs people about Jesus Christ and Christianity through its website christianity.org.uk, which has a range of information and articles about the Christian faith. Through this website CEA responds to enquirers, by giving them what they ask for.

The CEA is supported by Baptists Together. Visit www.christianity.org.uk
