The Baptist Union’s strategy is ‘Growing healthy churches in relationship for God’s mission’.  Our annual report, which provides an opportunity to review what has happened in the past year and look ahead to our plans for the future takes the theme of 'Beacons of Prayer'.
CIOCOnsultation CIO Consultation
All BUGB members were invited to participate in a consultation about the draft Constitution for the new BUGB Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).  As a result of the consultation, some revisions were made to the draft BUGB CIO Constitution and this revised Constitution was approved by the Trustees (February 2018), Council (March 2018) and at Assembly (May 2018).
FamilySolution Family Solution
Following negotiations between the Baptist Pension Scheme Trustee and the Baptist Pension Scheme Employers' Group on behalf of Baptist Union of Great Britain, a Family Solultion to the deficit in the Defined Benefit section of the Baptist Pension scheme was agreed in April 2018.

iSingPOP Children's Leaders
Our Children's Programme was led by a team from iSingPOP - a primary school music project that brings together school, church and community.  They give children in school the opportunity to record their very own album and perform a live concert in the local church.
