This is the annual process whereby we ask churches to check and update their contact details as well as supplying us with various statistics. Churches have two ways to complete their Annual Return - either by completing it online or by downloading a blank 'paper form'. Paper forms are sent to churches where we do not have a contact email address.
Please note that we have had some problems with the system but these appear to be now resolved. If it recurs it will happen overnight so we will be checking the system each morning and rectifying the problem as soon as we can.
You should also be aware that
a) the system is not designed for use on mobile phones so your login details may not work if you try and do so - it's best to login on a laptop or desktop computer
Online Return: This is the method we would prefer churches to use as it is easier for us to process. It also means that you will be presented with the information we currently hold about your church for you to check and update as necessary. You will need login details to use this system which were emailed to church contacts on (or shortly after) 8th January 2019. If your church has not received these please contact us.

c) once you have completed the form and submitted it to us you will be sent a confirmation email. If you don't receive the email, you haven't submitted the return.

Blank Paper Form: If you do not wish to use the online system you can download a blank form below. The disadvantage of this method is that you will have to enter all the information about your church and it is more difficult for us to spot what has changed. However you can complete this electronically and return it to us by email or post. Details of where to send the completed return are on the form. If ending by email please include the name of your church in the title of the document and the subject line of the email.
