CMD Webinar - How to make ministers' meetings worthwhile

A common commitment among ministers to 'walk with and watch over one another' underpins the CMD framework. As we seek to practise good connection with one anther, how can we make the most of that most basic tool - ministers or cluster meetings? Anecdotally, we hear of meetings that can become competitive, or where honesty about struggles is not welcome, or where some feel excluded. What better models are there? How can make these gatherings worthwhile? Tim Fergusson talk to  three of the regional ministers from HEBA - Dave Ellis, Alison Mackay and Neil Le Tissier - about their experience of best practice.
