KingsGate Conference Centre
KingsGate is located on the outskirts of the fast-growing city of Peterborough, with easy links to major roads, including the A1, and excellent access to the city’s mainline station, with trains taking just 50 minutes from London. Each year, Assembly delegates have the opportunity to contribute to a special offering, to further the work of both the Baptist Union of Great Britain and BMS World Mission, through specific projects or areas of ministry. Children & Youth Programme
There will be a children's and youth programme for all children in school years Reception to Year 9. More details of these programmes can be found here.
All children and young people will need to be registered for their programmes at the time of booking. We are not able to register children or young people into the programmes on the event day itself.
Churches are encouraged to appoint delegates to the Assembly - all churches are entitled to send at least one delegate to the Assembly, and ministers in categories 1, 2 and 3 of the Accredited Register are also eligible to vote. Voting Cards are not issued to Delegates. Votes will be taken on a show of hands of those present and eligible to vote. More information about the AGM can be found here.

Early booking is recommended. To take advantage of these accommodation offers, please book by Friday 13 April.
There is no food included within the cost of a ticket.
Please feel free to bring your own packed lunch or purchase food from the mobile catering unit the Food Van which will be on site during the day and offering a selection of hot and cold food or perhaps you would prefer a delicious ice cream from EatGelato also on site during the day.
Tea and coffee will be supplied during the scheduled refreshment breaks within the programme.
