Leaflet F01: Leasing a Property (owned in whole or in part by a Minister) to a Church for use as a Manse
Whilst most Baptist manses are church-owned, in some instances a church will find it necessary to lease a property, either from a third-party landlord, or possibly from a minister. Further guidance in relation to the leasing of a property from a minister (and spouse, if the property is jointly owned) is available (previously known as document PM05)
