Understanding Self-Harm Guide now available

Our self-harm guide is one of a series of guides to inform and support churches with protecting the most vulnerable people in their congregations.  It is now available for download from our resource library.

Additional resources

If you would like more information about self-harm then selfharmUK has a great website with a range of resources, including their online course Alumina for young people aged 14-18.

Mind also has a section of their website dedicated to this issue which includes some useful contacts.

Remember that self-harm is not something that only affects young people.
LifeSIGNS offers support to adults who are struggling with this issue, and aims to raise awareness and break the stereotype of who is affected by self-harm.
