Ram Gidoomal
Ram is an entrepreneur and former UK Group Chief Executive of the Inlaks Group, a multinational business with seven thousand employees. He is chairman of The Employability Forum, helping refugees into jobs. In this context, he has written several books and produced cross-cultural praise and worship music to enable churches in areas of large ethnic minorities to worship together and integrate.

Elaine Storkey
Lecturer in the theology faculty at the University of Oxford and leading writer, speaker and broadcaster on Christianity and contemporary culture.



Sandra Thomas
Pastor Sandra Thomas M.A. is the Head of Spiritual Care within the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust. She has over fifteen years experience in management and leadership in the NHS and voluntary sector. Sandra’s passion is to see both men and women who have experienced brokenness and abuse in their lives rise to their full potential in God.

Kumar Rajagopalan
Kumar is married to Georgina and they live in North London. Kumar serves as regional minister for racial justice with the London Baptist Association. He says, ‘My spiritual journey is characterised by my efforts to rediscover and redeem my Indian heritage. Therefore I have a passion to help followers of Christ to be true to their culture and heritage.” His other passions include, curry, cricket and cooking.

Les Ball
Living through the fire and the pain of the Brixton race riots in the early 1980's, his heart was broken and led to the passion of his life - to build prophetic churches that are truly multi racial, showcasing the supernatural power of Jesus to do what the world cannot do - unite, in their hearts, people who are from different cultural & racial backgrounds. He's been pastoring black majority All Nations Baptist church in Clapham Park, for 33 years, and spearheading this prophetic vision in caste ridden India for 20 years.
