BITE THE BULLET

In the light of growing knife and gun crime, the Baptist Union of Great Britain and Ascension Trust are organising another Bite the Bullet event in which young people and adults will explore the causes of this type of crime and reflect on its possible solutions.
The event is particularly aimed at equipping young people, parents and church leaders. The event will be led by young people will include vibrant worship and seminars.

Time: Doors open at 10:30
The three workshops now confirmed are:
Family: This workshop will explore how to identify the signs of young people who are getting caught up in gun and knife crime. This session will be facilitated by Des Brown.
Youth Leaders and professionals: This workshop will help leaders address the issues that this crime results in, by sharing good practice. Steve Morris will facilitate this session.
Church leaders: This workshop will help church leaders address the issues arising from these crimes and will be facilitated by Les Isaac and Pete Leveson
Caribbean meal be served ( free )
There will be a concert led by young people in the evening!
