Alterations to Church Premises

When Planning Consent and/or Building Regulation Approval are required, or if these are structural alterations or significant works, then what is proposed needs to be considered for approval by the Baptist Union Corporation (or your Baptist Trust Company) as Holding Trustees of the church premises.
