I wish you a very happy Christmas and a peace-filled New Year

This Christmas feels different from any other. I have never sensed so much anxiety about the future.The world's economies are in a state of convulsion and nobody has any idea how this is going to land. Within our own Baptist family we need to make significant cut-backs to our work together and that is both painful and disappointing. However, whatever our circumstances, Jesus does not change. I pray that as you celebrate Christmas and look forward to the New Year you will be strengthened and inspired afresh by the Prince of Peace who is the same yesterday, today and forever.
