Apology

We have discovered that there was a problem with the mailing of ‘Transform’ which has recently been sent out to Ministers and Church officers.

Unfortunately the labels that were printed were not as up to date as they should have been so some copies (probably around 600) have gone to people who have moved, are no longer in post or even some who have died.

We have worked out why this problem happened and are taking steps to ensure it will not happen again.

Because we discovered the problem before all copies had been mailed out some considerable time was spent in checking through a number of envelopes to check the details against the current information in the database. This has resulted in a delay to the mailing of those copies.

We are incredibly sorry for this error which we know will have caused distress to some people.

If you have not received your copy of Transform by the end of April please check to see if it was sent to your predecessor.
