When Ali Boulton, aged 17, told a speaker at a Christian youth weekend that she wanted to be a minister, his attitude was, 'But you're a woman'. This negative response led Ali to become a drama teacher instead but God's calling on her to go into ministry did not go away. 24 years after that first desire to be a minister, Ali started studying at Bristol Baptist College. In 2009 she will be involved in planting a church on a new housing estate in Swindon .

Find out more about Ali's inspiring story and the challenges she now faces going into ministry. The film also features Stephen Finamore, Principal of Bristol Bpatist College, and gives us a brief glimpse into how ministers are trained in the 21st centuary.
