Churches (and other Ministries)

To access the electronic versions of the 2013 Application Forms you need to do the following:

• Click the ‘Login’ button at the top right of this page

• Enter the user-name and password given in your 2013 Application Pack

• Click the ‘churches’ link on the left to find the forms you need

• Remember to save the document on your computer before starting to fill it in

If you click the ‘sample grant documents’ link on the left you will find some completed forms which you may find helpful.

Associations

To access the electronic versions of the 2013 forms used by Associations you need to do the following

• Click the ‘Login’ button at the top right of this page

• Enter the user-name and password supplied by the Grants Manager

• Click the ‘Associations’ link on the left to find the forms you need

• Remember to save the document on your computer before starting to fill it in
