This year sees the follow up to a successful day in 2005 when 150 delegates from 28 churches in the Association attended a day conference called The Caleb Challenge. The day drew attention to the huge emerging mission field of retired people, both third- and fourth-agers, that within the next eight years will exceed the number of under 16s in our population. The day gave practical ideas and inspired active retired people to see how they could impact their peers with the gospel of Christ.

The two Caleb Challenge 2007 days, to be held in New Milton and in Didcot this spring. They will share more stories from those involved in this area of mission in the SCBA and include an informative exhibition area.
