Six UK Baptist Colleges are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain (BUGB): Bristol, Northern, Regent's, Scottish, South Wales, and Spurgeon's.
The BUGB also has close ties to the International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague, Czech Republic. Baptist Colleges prepare men and women for ministry and offer ongoing ministerial development and training once they are accredited.
They also provide training for youth ministry, lay pastors and preachers, and courses on a range of topics including Baptist history and principles, counselling, mission and pastoral care.
