The Charity, Legal and Property section provides information on a large range of issues affecting Baptist churches and offers guidance for charity trustees.

The Finance and Administration Department is also responsible for keeping the Union’s database updated. The database is available to Union and Association staff and contains contact information for churches, ministers, treasurers and secretaries.
